Our gourmet kitchen will pamper your taste buds with a composition of specially-selected, culinary delicacies, prepared in a light manner. Our professional staff are on hand to cook for any special diets or requests you may have.

The "green dot" symbol is a healthy-eating marker used at our generous breakfast and wellness buffet. If you wish to make nutritious choices, the dot indicates especially wholesome, low-fat and low-calorie products. All of these products will keep you going while you enjoy an active and healthy holiday.

At the various themed evenings, we will serve Austrian, Mediterranean and Far Eastern cuisine. With the latter, we use the healthy wok technique.
 
After enjoying a fresh & crispy salad from our salad buffet, you will move on to the main course, for which you will always have the choice of a low-calorie gourmet dish.

We pay particular attention to issues of hygiene when storing and preparing food. That is why we ask everything to be  monitored and certified by an independent organisation on a regular basis.
