General Information: -20% discount for the third guest in a room. Additional single occupancy fee in Rooms Penken and Zillertal: € 22,00 per day; for suites and Comfort Double Rooms € 51,00 per day (per request). Discounted price for Stay with Breakfast € 15,00 per person and day. : Room service fee € 4,00 - € 7,00
Dogs: Service charge of € 18,00 per day (please bring your dog blanket and kennel or basket). Please understand that your four-footed friends are not allowed in certain suites, in dining areas, in the spa areas or in the lounge chair area. In the event that it is necessary, we reserve the right to bill for cleaning services upon departure
Arrival and Departure: Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Please understand that generally check-in is not possible before 3pm.
Cancellation: Room cancellations are only valid if in written form. There is no charge for cancellations up to 3 months before the date of arrival; cancellations up to 1 month before arrival will be billed 40% of the total cost of your stay; cancellations up to 1 week before the arrival date will be billed 70% of the total cost of your stay; and cancellations within the last week before your date of arrival will be billed 90% of the total cost of your stay.
Cancellation Regulations:The Austrian Hotel Terms and Conditions apply. In general, cancellations will only be accepted in written form.
Cancellation Insurance: For a total of € 2,00 per person and reserved day of stay, you can insure any cancellation costs due to accident, illness or other valid personal reasons of the insured, the insured’s children, siblings, parents or grandparents. In the event that you would like to purchase this affordable service, please advise us at the time of reservation.
Deposit: To validate the reservation, we require a deposit of € 500,00 per room. Please deposit it into our Account Nr. 333.336, Bank Code 36274, at the Raiffeisenbank Finkenberg (Iban: AT493627400000333336, BIC: RZTIAT22274).
Please transfer the deposit at least 1 month before arrival.

Discounts and special prices can only be used one time per reservation. Guests will receive the more inexpensive price. We recommend that package weeks are booked in advance.
Unused services will not be refunded. Please understand that we can book rooms in room categories, however, not for specific rooms or floors.
We recommend cash or MAESTRO Card payments! We also accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Visa, and Mastercard.

Smoking- Non-Smoking?
We would like to take the opportunity to inform you that all of our rooms and the dinjing areas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and at the Hotel Bar.
If you are unable to keep an appointment in our Wellness Area, please notify us at least 1 day in advance, otherwise you will be charged for 80% of the treatment price.
When a new price liste is posted, all prior price lists become invalid! Price changes, printing errors and mistakes, as well as changes in what services we offer are subject to to change. The Austrian Hotel Contracts Rights & Regulations apply.
