Terms & conditious and other information about your holiday at Wellness Hotel Stock

General: Discounts for additional adults staying in one room: 3rd adult in room 20% discount, 4th adult in room 30% discount. Single occupancy surcharge for the Zillertal and Penken double rooms: € 22 per day, in comfort doubles and suites: € 51 per day (only available on request). Price reduction for bed and breakfast (no wellness board) € 15 per person and day. Room service: € 4 - € 7.

Dogs: Contribution towards costs: € 20 per dog per day, large dogs only permitted on request (please bring your own dog basket and blanket). Food charged according to how much is ordered. Please note that dogs are not permitted in some suites as well as in the dining and wellness areas and on the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge for a room cleaning at the end of your stay.

Wellness board: The wellness board starts on the day of arrival at 1p.m. with our wellness buffet and ends on the day of arrival at 11a.m. after breakfast.

Arrival and departure: On your day of departure your room is available until 11a.m. Please note, however, that on arrival your room will not be available until 3p.m.

Cancellation fees: Room cancellations can only be made in writing. Up to 3 months before your arrival: no cancellation costs apply, up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total package price, up to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total package price, less than 1 week before arrival we charge 90% of the total package price.
Up to 3 months before your arrival the contract can also be cancelled by Sporthotel Stock for justified reasons.
Cancellation conditions: The Austrian hotel conditions apply. Reservation cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
Cancellation insurance: For € 3 per person per day you can get cover for all cancellation costs caused by accidents, illness or other serious personal reasons which apply to the insured, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents. If you would not like to take out this insurance please let us know when making your reservation.

Deposit: When the reservation has been confirmed we ask that you pay a deposit of € 500 per room within 2 weeks by bank transfer to the following account no. 333.336, Sort code 36274, at the Raiffeisenbank Finkenberg (IBAN: AT493627400000333336, BIC: RZTIAT22274).

Price and payment methods: We reserve the right to correct mistakes in prices and to refer you to the correct price list.

Only one special offer or discount applies per booking. The cheapest offer for you applies at all times. Package weeks should be booked in advance.
Services which you do not make use of will not be refunded. Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.

Generally we recommend payment by MAESTRO card or in cash! The following credit cards are also accepted: Diners Club, Visa and Master Card.

Non_smokers - smokers?
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any rooms or in the dining areas. Smoking is permitted on your balcony or in the Cybar.

Treatments in the wellness department
If you cannot make an appointment in our wellness department please let us know at least 1 day in advance. If not we will charge 80% of the treatment price.

When a new price list is published all older price lists lose their validity. Errors excepted, and prices are subject to change. Austrian hotel conditions apply.
